FOR THE CELEBRATION OF MARRIAGE (Please Read)
When marriage is celebrated during Mass, white vestments are worn and the wedding Mass is used. If the marriage is celebrated on Sunday (with anticipated Mass – Saturday 6:00 p.m.) or Solemnity, the Mass and Readings of the day is used with the nuptial blessing and, where appropriate, the special final blessing. Unity Candle is not allowed, because it is not part of the Catholic Wedding rites. It is a practice of the Protestant Wedding.

OPENING PRAYER
Priest: Father, you have made the bond of marriage a holy mystery, a symbol of Christ’s love for his Church. Hear our prayers for Vladimir and Manicar with faith in you and in each other they pledge their love today. May their lives always bear witness to the reality of that love. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
People: Amen.
Comm.: Please be seated for the Liturgy of the Word.
LITURGY OF THE WORD
FIRST READING
Reader: A reading from the Book of Genesis.
Then the Lord God said: “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a suitable partner for him.” So the Lord God formed out of the ground various wild animals and various birds of the air, and he brought them to the man to see what he would call them; whatever the man called each of them would be its name. the man gave names to all the cattle, all the birds of the air, and all the wild animals; but none proved to be the suitable partner for the man. So the Lord God cast a deep sleep on the man, and while he was asleep, he took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. The Lord God then built up into a woman the rib that he had taken from the man. When he brought her to the man, the man said: “This one, at last, is bone of my bones and flesh from my flesh; This one shall be called ‘woman,’ for our of ‘her man’ this one has been taken.” That is why a man leaves his father and mother and cling to his wife, and the two of them become one body.
Reader: The Word of the Lord.
People: Thanks be to God.
RESPONSORIAL PSALM
Reader: Let our response be: Happy are those who fear the Lord.
People: Happy are those who fear the Lord.
Reader: Happy are you who fear the Lord, who walk in his ways! For you shall eat the fruit of your handiwork; happy shall you be, and favored.
People: Happy are those who fear the Lord.
Reader: Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the recess of you home; Your children like olive plants around your table.
People: Happy are those who fear the Lord.
Reader: Behold, thus is the man blessed who fears the Lord. The Lord bless you from Zion: may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
People: Happy are those who fear the Lord.
SECOND READING
Reader: A reading from the Letter of St. Paul to the Ephesians.
Beloved, be subordinate to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives should be subordinate to their husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of his wife just as Christ is the head of the Church, he himself the Savior of the body. As the Church is subordinate to Christ, so wives should be subordinate to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ loved the Church and handed himself over for her. Husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For this reason a man shall leave father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. This is a great mystery, but I speak in reference to Christ and the Church.
Reader: The Word of the Lord.
People: Thanks be to God.
Comm.: Please, all stand to honor the Holy Gospel.
GOSPEL ACCLAMATION
People and Priest:
Sing Hallelujah To The Lord
SING HALLELUJAH TO THE LORD
SING HALLELUJAH TO THE LORD
SING HALLELUJAH, SING HALLELUJAH
SING HALLELUJAH TO THE LORD
GOSPEL
Priest: The Lord be with you.
People: And also with you.
Priest: A reading from the holy gospel according to Matthew.
People: Glory to you, O Lord.
Priest: Some Pharisees approached him, and tested him, saying: “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any cause whatsoever?” He said in reply, “Have you not read that from the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female’ and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, no human being must separate.”
Priest: The Gospel of the Lord.
People: Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
Comm.: Please, all be seated and listen to the homily.

Bride: And I accept them.
Comm.: Please, all stand for the Profession of Faith. May I request the principal sponsors to return to their respective seats.
PROFESSION OF FAITH
Priest & People: I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father: he will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
PRAYER OF THE FAITHFUL
Priest: Dear brothers and sisters, let us now pray for the Church and for the newly-wedded couple, whose marriage reflects the union of Christ and his Church. For every petition we will say: Lord, hear our prayer.

This outpouring of love in the new covenant of grace is symbolized in the marriage covenant that seals the love of husband and wife and reflects your divine plan of love. Now, with angels and archangels, and the whole company of heaven, we sing the unending hymn of your praise.

Priest: Lord, you are holy indeed, the fountain of all holiness. Let your Spirit come upon these gifts to make them holy, so that they may become for us the Body and Blood of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Before he was given up to death he freely accepted, he took bread and gave you thanks. He broke the bread, gave it to his disciples, and said:
Take this, all of you, and eat it: This is my body which will be given up for you.
When supper was ended, he took the cup. Again he gave you thanks and praise, gave the cup to his disciples, and said:
Take this, all of you, and drink from it: This is the cup of my blood, the blood of the new and everlasting covenant. It will be shed for you and for all so that sins may be forgiven. Do this in memory of me.
Priest: Let us proclaim the mystery of faith.
People: Christ has Died, Christ is risen, Christ will come again.
Comm.: Please, all stand.
Priest: In memory of his death and resurrection, we offer you, Father, this life-giving bread, this saving cup. We thank you for counting us worthy to stand in your presence and serve you. May all of us who share in the body and blood of Christ be brought together in unity by the Holy Spirit.
Lord, remember your Church throughout the world; make us grow in love, together with Benedict XVI our Pope, Honesto our bishop, and all the clergy.
Remember our brothers and sisters who have gone to their rest in the hope of rising again; bring them and all the departed into the light of your presence.
Have mercy on us all; make us worthy to share eternal life with Mary, the virgin Mother of God, with the apostles, and with all the saints who have done your will throughout the ages. May we praise you in union with them, and give you glory through your Son, Jesus Christ.
Priest: Through him, with him, in him, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, all glory and honor is yours, almighty Father, for ever and ever.
People: Amen.

Give Love On Christmas Day lyrics
People making lists
Buying special gifts
It's a time to be kind
To one and all
It's that time of year
When good friends
Are dear
And you wish you
Could give more
Than just presents
From a store
Why don't you give love
On Christmas day
(On Christmas day)
Oh, even the man
Who has everything
Would be so happy
If you would bring
Him love
On Christmas day
(On Christmas day)
No greater gift
Is there than love
People you don't know
Smiling out hello
Everywhere there's an air
Of Christmas joy
It's that once a year
When the world's sincere
And you'd like
To find a way
To show the things
That words can't say
[ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/c/christmas_songs/give_love_on_christmas_day.html ]
Why don't you give love
On Christmas day
(On Christmas day)
The man on the street
And the couple upstairs
All need to know
That there's one cares
Give love

Is there than love
What the world
Needs is love
Yes, the world
Needs your love
Why don't you give love

On Santa's knee
Has room for your love
Underneath his tree

Amen.

You restored man to grace in the saving mystery of redemption. You gave him a share in the divine life through his union with Christ. You made him an heir of Christ’s eternal glory. This outpouring of love in the new covenant of grace is symbolized in the marriage covenant that seals the love of husband and wife and reflects your divine plan of love. Now, with angels and archangels, and the whole company of heaven, we sing the unending hymn of your praise.

Comm.: Please, all kneel for the Consecration.
COMMUNION RITE
Priest: Let us pray with confidence to the Father in the words our Savior gave us.
The Lord's Prayer
Andrea Bocelli
Our Father
Which art in heaven
Hallowed be Thy name
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done
On Earth
As it is in heaven
Give us this day
Our daily bread
And forgive us
Our debts
As we forgive
Our debters
Into temptation
But deliver us
From evil
For Thine
Is the kingdom
And the power
And the glory
For ever and ever
Amen

May your fullest blessing come upon her and her husband so that they may together rejoice in your gift of married love (and enrich your Church with their children).
Lord, may they both praise you when they are happy and turn to you in their sorrows. May they be glad that you help them in their work and know that you are with them in their need. May they pray to you in the community of the Church, and be your witnesses in the world. May they reach old age in the company of their friends, and come at last to the kingdom of heaven. We ask this through Christ our Lord.
People: Amen.

Give Love On Christmas Day lyrics
People making lists
Buying special gifts
It's a time to be kind
To one and all
It's that time of year
When good friends
Are dear
And you wish you
Could give more
Than just presents
From a store
Why don't you give love
On Christmas day
(On Christmas day)
Oh, even the man
Who has everything
Would be so happy
If you would bring
Him love
On Christmas day
(On Christmas day)
No greater gift
Is there than love
People you don't know
Smiling out hello
Everywhere there's an air
Of Christmas joy
It's that once a year
When the world's sincere
And you'd like
To find a way
To show the things
That words can't say
[ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/c/christmas_songs/give_love_on_christmas_day.html ]
Why don't you give love
On Christmas day
(On Christmas day)
The man on the street
And the couple upstairs
All need to know
That there's one cares
Give love
On Christmas day
(Christmas day)
No greater gift
Is there than love
What the world
Needs is love
Yes, the world
Needs your love
Why don't you give love
On Christmas day
(On Christmas Day)
Oh, every little child
On Santa's knee
Has room for your love
Underneath his tree
Give love
On Christmas day
(Christmas day)
No greater gift
Is there than love
What the world
Needs is love
Yes, the world
Needs your love
Give love
On Christmas day
(Christmas day)
