We are putting this up for added information and resource for those who are planning their own wedding. The following emcee script was prepared by Vlad to serve as an announcement guide for Masters of Ceremonies Ms. Charmaine Alovera and Bro. Robert Laad, FBHS and as a music cue guide for the Sound Operator during the wedding reception in Courtyard, Fernwood Gardens.
Since the script was only a guide containing the order of the wedding reception programme and the names of the persons to be thanked and acknowledged, the Emcees still have the liberty of using their own personal touch. It was not mandatory for the Emcees to say it word for word as it is written here.
The life of the programme will entirely depend on the Emcees’ preparedness, creativity and enthusiasm so it is recommended that a copy should be given to the Emcees a few weeks before the event for them to practice and to familiarize with the flow of the programme. The script also contains basic instructions on how to go about with the events, so this will more or less give you an idea on how to present each part.
After pictorial, as the guests will now go to the Courtyard, the reception area, they will be guided by Mrs. Grace Z. Verzosa and Mr. Kim R. Rosales to maintain the smooth flow of the crowd. The wedding songs assigned in the reception will be played simultaneously.
